I want you delighted with your purchase! Every effort is made to represent items accurately in product pictures, but as no two items are identical, please allow for some small variation in the shape, size and color of each piece due to their natural origin. But because all items are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, all sales are final. However, if item is not to your liking then return all items in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit and please state the reason for return. Shipping charges are not included in the credit.

So Sparkly cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, domestically. A fixed fee of $3.00 will be charged for shipping and handling. I want every package a pleasure to receive! All items will come in a pretty sachet pouch and silver jewelry box.

International shipping fees vary by country. Please contact me to check what fees would be applicable.
